About Me
I'm a holistic nutritionist, herbalist and detox specialist with almost a decade of education in health and a lifelong interest in whole food and holistic health.
I specialize in a root-cause, customized healing approach using individually-tailored treatment plans informed by my background in health science, herbalism and traditional chinese medicine.
My mission is to help you master the art of nourishment and reconnect with your essential nature.

My Story
I'm what you'd call an OG health nut.
My green lunches were the laughing stock of the class and I knew to avoid hydrogenated oils at the ripe age of 7. As a little girl, I became fascinated with food and health after learning that my grandad overcame what the conventional docs considered a 'death sentence' through simply changing his diet.
Growing up in a rural seaside town with an adventurous foodie Mum, I spent my childhood harvesting red clover and blueberries, feasting on local lobster and crab, baking from scratch and tasting cuisines from around the world.

As a teenager, I spent time working on organic farms in New Zealand which further ignited my passion for food and health. In grad school, I explored the health experiences of those pursuing food sovereignty in rural, remote and northern communities.
Through my studies, I came to realize that reconnection to land-based practices and local food-ways is crucial in the face of current health and ecological crises. So, I decided to walk my talk. I stopped theorizing and embarked on a journey to nourish and heal myself.
From consulting medicine women in rural Mexico, Traditional Chinese Medicine doctors, herbalists and energy healers, to ordering labs, supplements and detox kits, I'm now in a place where I've reclaimed my health and sovereignty. Having starting from a place of debilitating menstrual cramps and a completely unpredictable cycle, this was no small feat.
If there's one thing I've learned (and first-handedly experienced, and witnessed countless times) it's that our food, really is, our medicine.
Now, I feel called to help you heal yourself holistically, free yourself from pharma and feel like you again.
